Access rights and particularities of Bubble Plan
Rights management in Bubble Plan is based on 4 default statuses, for your team members (employees, managers, customers, partners,...). You assign access to your license pool on 2 levels: account (applies to all new projects) and project (dedicated right to each accessible project).
Lisibility, confidentiality of information or data sovereignty are at the heart of the access rights management.
Private
Your project and its contents are only available to you. You can open it at any time, if you wish, to the outside world or to collaborators
Consultation
You have read-only access to the project plan and all visible elements, as well as to the project sheet, its summary tab and the dashboards of the projects to which you have access
Collaborator
The collaborative mode par excellence where the user can create, modify and view all the elements and information of a project; as well as its project sheet and dashboards
Administrator
You have the same rights as the collaborator; but you can also define the rights for the team and benefit from some advanced options
Additional options for sharing and privacy
Guest read only
This is not really a grant of rights; it's a grant of a secure, read-only sharing link to people without a licence in your Bubble Plan account. Unlike the Consultation licence, only the project schedule is then visible
Custom view
To go further, an optional Premium feature allows you to assign more detailed rights to your projects. Associate the 4 main statuses with your lines and colours for precise management of the confidentiality and readability of project elements.
How it works
Because of its differences, Bubble Plan offers a special approach to rights. There are a few rules to know in order to master the project management tool and take full advantage of the collaborative nuances of access rights management.
By default, projects are created in open collaborative mode. You may prefer to create your projects privately, before opening the rights, using the advanced options.
The account administrator has full access to all initiated or archived projects; even 'private' projects.
The Consultation license allows for specific collaborative dynamics, with access to notifications, assignment and various dashboards.
The Consultation licence is not counted in the user pool. The user specified in the Offers section is considered a Collaborator licence.
Freemium tool, you can switch between a FREE and a Premium version without any constraints, depending on your current needs

The sharing of your project plans in Bubble Plan can be done with different modes, depending on your issues and needs. Choose the approach that best suits your needs and the recipient

The Premium BUSINESS version, intended for the most expert administrators, offers an autonomous configuration interface for Bubble Plan. You can control the activation or not of certain functions, the automatic integration of the lists of virtual contributors or even the complete management of your contributors and the turnover of the teams.

With its automatic continuous backup, your projects are preserved and our regular backups ensure perenity, in case of mishandling.
