The challenge
Structure year-round training and handle the unexpected
Before Bubble Plan, the team worked across Excel, Teams and MS Project. With a large number of customers and training sessions to manage, changing a schedule, tracking several timelines and maintaining smooth coordination became difficult.
Awareness Expert needed a simple, visual and flexible solution to organise its roadmaps throughout the year. The team had to see the impact of a delay or change of plan on the overall calendar at a glance, then reorganise training without unnecessary complexity.
Read-only sharing was also essential to give customers a clear view of their programme’s progress.
The solution
A visual, collaborative tool that is easy to learn
Adoption was progressive and did not disrupt existing working habits. The intuitive interface and visual logic quickly helped everyone understand projects and learn the tool at their own pace.
The team now follows schedule changes live, identifies blockers immediately and reorganises items around each customer’s constraints. Colours, icons and logos make each workspace easy to personalise.
